Microsoft Schweiss wanted to implement the same sort of agile work environment implemented at Microsoft Schiphol, while still keeping the individual culture of the Swiss division intact.
How We Helped
Identified and worked with the stakeholders of both offices to determine which lessons learned from The Netherlands could be applied to Switzerland.
Researched appetite for cultural change within Switzerland and matched those with initiatives across technology, human resources, property, customer integration and partnerships. Resulted in the foundation fro an internally driven change management programme and redesign.
