Facilitation of leadership academy
Worked with the HR team to develop and deliver a day-long programme about delivering change within an organisation for a group of 70 leadership academy attendees from across the country.
Goals & Challenges
Home Group takes investing in their people very seriously. Their leadership academy is by application only and spans several months, with a goal to prepare attendees for future leadership roles in the organisation. From different areas of the business, the session needed to be able to span the interests and learning types of many different people. It also needed to keep people engaged over the course of an entire day. Using icebreakers, team activities, and breakouts, Monica Parker lead the group through a case study exercise that taught them applicable skills, while leaving them energised. HATCH followed up with bibliography and reading list for future exploration, as well as videos of the team output from the day.
