Aviva knew its culture was struggling with change and feared that a change in its work environment could either engage or disengage their staff.
After a multiyear roll-out of their new corporate values, they needed a solution that would reflect that work, and support new branding guidelines. Aviva needed to find the precise alignment between honouring what was good about their past culture and creating what they wanted out of an aspirational culture, and reflecting this in their new work environments globally.
How We Helped
Identified and worked with global stakeholders to determine how to best align the aspirational future of the business with its future workplace.
Researched cultural barriers across the organisation and made recommendations on new policies that would support a better way of working including new bonus and remuneration plans, flexible working policies and subsidised food programmes.
