HATCH helps organisations with culture change, workplace strategy and remote working, because better work makes a better world.
HATCH are a human analytics and change management firm who specialise in the future of work. Our name is an acronym – it stands for human analytics, think, connect, hatch. And that’s what we do. We help businesses understand how they think and contemplate, how they connect, collaborate and create culture, and how they hatch new ideas – all underpinned by valid and robust evidence.
What We Do
We can do everything from developing a ways-of-working brief for an office move, to knitting together two business cultures after a merger, to developing and delivering a remote working change program or gathering the evidence base for a thoughtful diversity and inclusion strategy. If it makes work life better, we have the network of expertise to help you tackle it.
Our founder Monica Parker came from a background of evidence. Early in her career, she was a homicide investigator working for the defense teams defending death row inmates. During that time she learned two things that would be the catalyst for HATCH. The first was that evidence matters. The second is that our environments – be that cultural, physical or social – have an impact on our behaviour and wellbeing. Many consultants skimp on the evidence, but data is fundamental to who we are and how we work.
